The Decatur Urbanized Area Transportation Study Policy Committee will meet on an 'as needed' basis, typically on the Tuesday following Technical Committee meetings.  At times, the Policy and Technical Committee meets jointly. 

The Stateline Area Transportation Study in South Beloit, Illinois meets only 'as needed'.
